Drumming can be for all ages, as seen in a viral video of a grandma nailing her cover of Disturbed's classic, "Down With The Sickness."

The clip, which was uploaded to YouTube on December 27 by online drumming tutorial Drumeo, has nabbed more than six million views on the social media platform and sees 55-year-old drum instructor Dorothea Taylor work her skills to the 2000 hit. The beginning of the clip features some pre-orchestrated prejudice of the musician being met by some music shop staff members, who think that she's interested in playing the piano and violin. However, Taylor manages to change the perspective when she goes at it with her drums to the angsty anthem.

"I've been drumming my whole life, and every one of these experiences has happened to me throughout my life," Taylor says at the end of the video. "Drummers come in all ages, sizes, shapes, ethnicities. And regardless of how good you are, how old you are, we’re all still part of the drumming family. So remember, don’t judge a drummer — or anybody — by their looks. And always, always, always keep sharing your drumming passion to the world."
