At the end of August, our favorite 10-year-old drummer, Nandi Bushell, challenged Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl to a drum-off after playing an epic cover of the band's hit song “Everlong.”

As we've seen so far, Grohl accepted the pint-sized drummer's challenge by playing Them Crooked Vultures' “Dead-End Friends.” He had told Bushell that he hadn't played the drums to “Everlong” since the day Foo Fighters recorded it so he showed her his skill on a different song.

After that, Bushell answered Grohl's video with her own — where she even dressed up like him — and performed “Dead-End Friends” as well. Grohl gave round one to the little rocker and said he had something special planned for round two.

On Monday (September 14), Grohl unveiled that surprise to Bushell.

“Okay Nandi, you got me! You win round one, but I got something special for ya, something you've never heard before,” he said. “Something I've never heard before 'cause I'm about to write this off the top of my head for you!”

With that, Grohl — with the help of The Grohlettes — played Bushell her very own theme song!

“Nandi / Nandi / Nandi / Nandi / Nandi / Number one supergirl / Nandi / Best drummer in the world / Nandi / Always right on time / Nandi / Hero wunderkind / She got the power / Got the sound / Nandi on the drums / Makes the world go round!”

Fans were so excited for the young girl and took to social media to give Grohl kudos. “Could you imagine growing up and being like 'Oh yeah, when I was a kid, Dave Grohl wrote a song about me during our drum battle' 🙏🏼 I love this lol, highlight of 2020 by far,” one fan wrote while another said, “I like Nandi and the Grohlettes to go on tour pls.”

Check out the full lyrics in Grohl's video above.

At the time of publishing, Bushell has not replied to the theme song but we're sure she'll upload her new video soon!
