Mark Hoppus has been keeping us entertained in quarantine with some quality social media content. Last month, he shared an adorable throwback to his younger years (we're talkin' real young) and showed off his baby swag. On Monday (August 31), the blink-182 guitarist/singer shared his 1988 passport photo (making him 16 years old at the time) on Instagram, and fans immediately noticed something different about his smile: one of his teeth looked different.

Hoppus addressed the questions in an edit to his Instagram post. "Passport photo circa 1988," he wrote. "Edit: to answer your questions, my tooth grew in at a 45° angle and stopped right there. Dentist built a fake tooth around it and it’s been like that ever since."

See his post below.

Posting entertaining social media content isn't all Hoppus has been up to since the coronavirus pandemic hit. He has also been writing music remotely with his blink bandmates and recently dropped the aptly titled new single "Quarantine." The track is the first offering off a new EP the band is working on, which Travis Barker recently said he hopes will "be out by the end of summer." You've got 21 days, guys!
